What is The FHA Webinar Series?
The FHA Webinar is an instructor led, interactive internet and conference call training session hosted by Mortgage U. Each Webinar consists of one 90 minute session per day, for three consecutive days with question and answer periods throughout the seminar!
1) FHA Purchases
2) FHA Refinances
3) FHA Underwriting
Each Webinar consists of one 90 minute session per day, for three consecutive days. You can choose to attend the AM or PM sessions, if applicable.
What if I miss a session?
You will need to contact our office to reschedule the particular session you have missed to identify the next time that session is available. There is a $35 rescheduling fee that will apply in order to have you attend the next available session time.
When do I receive a certificate?
You will receive a certificate upon completion of all three webinars.

Is there a discount for groups?
There is a 10% discount for groups of 5 or more people.
What if I need FHA training, I like this program but need sessions at a different time?
We can take customized requests for groups of 5 or more! Contact Teresa Ferman for scheduling!
The cost is $179 per person.
Will I get continuing education credit?
Approvals for continuing education credit in some states are in process but not finalized at the current time.
