Mortgage U will create a unique User Name and Password for you to log in to your own lender area.

From the Appraiser Track Home Page, Click on LENDER LOG IN
Your Lender Home Page is customize with your own logo, contact information and any special instructions to your company's users you would like included.

Appraiser detail is entered by Mortgage U based on a registration form which is completed by the Appraiser. Mortgage U will then verify the information through various resources and national registries to assure the information is legitimate. As appraisers are entered into the database, you can view their details by selecting their name from the drop down list. You can also view your complete list sorted by Name, State or Company.
This page may also be customized to reflect specific data which you would like Mortgage U to track. This is an example of a page which contains sufficient information for any audit verification purposes.

In addition, Mortgage U maintains hard copies of the Appraiser's License and E&O insurance forms. We can provide copies of these documents, as well as printed reports of your current Appraiser Track database content.
